Thank you for standing up and putting so much of yourself into this campaign. The message of due process and rights just doesn't seem to have gained the traction it should have. I am left feeling that I should have done more -- I thought we were doing better. Before we left for California Sarah and I would debate with friends and family and encourage them to vote Democrats. People seemed to be making the right noises at the end of those conversations, maybe they were just humouring me? It is a sad, sad day. And you hit the nail on the head: we have replaced Old Rudd with New Rudd, its hard to see it as progress. Well Don, we tried.
